And sometimes you have to log off and enjoy that thing called “peace of mind.” Do the things they did back in the day before smart phones, tablets, and social media consumed hours of the day. Not all knowledge is power, not all news is necessary. Sometimes it drains you. Log off and live on…

Stressed

Am I the ONLY Person that didn’t know this? I just found this out this week while searching for healthy quotes at work. I didn’t believe it at first even though it was right in front of my face. I find it so funny \ amusing that Stressed spelled backwards, spells Desserts! No one has been able to clearly tell me who created the English language and thought this would be funny; so I’ll just take it as a personal sign….When stressed, I will now intentionally do or have something that gives me pure joy to go along with my other stress relieving techniques.

Into the Darkness

Doubting Yourself

“Fake it till you make it.” That actually makes a lot of sense. Whatever it is that you want to achieve, think as if you have already achieved it. Envision yourself being  exactly who you want to be. When a negative thought comes to mind, replace it with thoughts of your goals being accomplished; Then work towards them. Every hour, every minute, every second, brings you closer to the moment you can say “I made it.”
